The Red Barn Kitchen just wrapped up it's first culinary boot camp and it was a great success! The three days of classes were jam packed with lots of great recipes featuring new takes on some old traditional holiday classics. They also featured so many great tips on how to take the stress out of holiday cooking.
The instructors for the classes, Tamera Clifford from Rancho Dos Amantes and Kathleen Snyder from 2-dishes and Delish Dish, did a fabulous job. Their years of experience in the kitchen and instructing really showed as they guided the classes through the recipes, adding in tips, suggestions, and all kinds of helpful information.
