Please note these policies are for Vacation Rental guests only. Different policies apply to Private Party rentals.
Rates: If a holiday falls on a weeknight, weekend rates apply. All rates are subject to a 9% tax San Luis Obispo County bed tax and subject to change.
Reservations & Payment: We accept reservations year round up to one year in advance. There is a minimum 2-night stay for all reservations. To secure your reservation, you will be charged in full for your stay at the time you make the reservation. You will receive written confirmation and a receipt.
Cancellations: As a smaller, independently owned Vacation Rental, cancellations affect us greatly and we must enforce a strict cancellation policy. A $15.00 service fee will be charged for cancellations.
· For cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival we will refund your reservation payment minus the $15.00 service fee.
· For cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival your will forfeit your reservation payment and will be held financially responsible for the entire length of your reservation unless we are able to re-book your stay.
· All cancellations must be by email. We unfortunately cannot accept cancellations made by phone.
· There are no refunds for early departures or no-shows. In such cases guests are responsible for their entire stay.
Arrivals: Check-in time starts at 3:00PM. We are able to accommodate later check-ins if given advance notice of your estimated arrival time. We ask that you please let us know if you are running early or late. Depending on other guest reservation we may be possible to accommodate earlier check-ins, but it must be arranged prior to your visit.
Departures: Check-out time is at 11:00AM. Depending on other guest reservation we may be possible to accommodate later check-outs, but it must be arranged prior to your visit.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Casitas and Red Barn Kitchen. Any violation will be charged a minimum of $200 for cleaning and repair. Smoking is only permitted in very specific designated areas.
Pets: Due to the health and courtesy of all our guests we unfortunately do not allow pets.
Security & Damage: Our property is only for registered guests. Each guest is responsibility for any damage they cause to the property, building or contents of their casita. The costs for additional cleaning, to replace missing items, to repair or replace damage to the property (furniture, artwork, fixtures, linens etc) will be charged to the guest.
